Leadership Team

  Tom is the President of Forever Adventure, a nonprofit organization which seeks to help spark a marriage movement by identifying, encouraging, and supporting marriage champions in our churches and communities.  It does this through regular Marriage Roundtable gatherings, podcasts with marriage leaders in Minnesota and across the US, and sharing information on marriage events and programs occurring in the Twin Cities.  Tom is the team leader for Twin Cities Marriage Initiative which seeks to help churches across the Twin Cities start or expand marriage ministry among the people in their congregation and their community.  Tom has been married to his wife Lois for 34 years.  They have four adult children. 

   Mark and his wife Pam, who have been married for 43 years and have 3 married children and 7 grandchildren, are Lead Care Pastors at River Valley Church which has 10 locations in the Twin Cities and 9,000 Sunday morning attendees.  As a lead care pastor, Mark is responsible for driving the vision and direction of pastoral care within River Vally Church which includes marriage and pre-marriage ministry.  They have large group marriage gatherings  for inspiration, on campus marriage and parenting events, and marriage small groups, generally in homes, including blended families, and a marriage mentor program with over 120 trained, mentor couples.

 Todd and his wife Jodi have been married for 37 years, have three married children, four grandsons, and are the founders of Agape Pastoral Services, a non-denominational, Biblically based, Pastoral Services Ministry based in the North Metro of Minneapolis and St. Paul. He is an Ordained, Independent Minister of the Gospel by the National Association of Christian Ministers and has been coaching and counseling couples and men for 25 years. He has been a Prepare-Enrich Trainer for 2 years and a facilitator for over 20 years. This is his lifes calling and the Lord has uniquely gifted and created him to do what he does now!

 Pastor Victor Martinez lives in North Minneapolis with his amazing wife Daysi Martinez and their 3 awesome children. Prisila 12, Victoria 9, and Valentin 8. They are the treasure of his heart. Pastor Victor has been involved in ministry for over 25 years. He currently leads a growing bilingual congregation, and is a published author and community organizer. Pastor Victors has a heart to see men and marriages transformed by the power of Jesus.

  Laura and her husband Rich have been married for 32 years.  They have five children ages ranging from 17 to 28, plus one child from the Czech Republic.  Their passion for marriage is demonstrated by over 20 years of volunteering for various marriage ministry activities – mentoring and counseling pre-married and married couples, leading marriage small groups, and organizing church wide marriage events. They attend River Valley Church and live in Jordan, Minnesota.
